Everything is handcrafted. The order arrives, the ticket is written and passed on to the cutting crew. All fabric is hand cut on a 12 foot cutting table. When all the pieces of a set are cut, the tub of pieces is handed off to the sewing crew. They carefully, sew each section of the sheet with a serger, being sure to finish off each pillow case and top sheet with 4 inch cuffs.  The finished sheets are then handed off to the packaging and shipping department where they beautifully package each order and hand deliver to the US Mail Carrier 6 days a week! We ship 2-3 day priority mail to help ensure that as soon as we make your sheets to order, that you get your sheets without waiting forever for delivery.

Each sheet is specially designed with a stretchy pocket at the head and at the foot. The stretchy pocket goes under the mattress about 12 inches but because it is made with a stretchy, almost slick finished Lycra, rayon fabric, the fitted sheets are Easy On and Easy Off but Won't Pop Off! - Guaranteed!

Our sheets are made to fit a 10-15 inch high mattress. If YOUR mattress is less or more, simply email us and let us know the height of your mattress and we will custom cut your sheets for a best fit, at no extra cost to you!

One of the reasons a sheet does not fit a mattress properly is the mitered corners. If you have a 12 inch miter, you must have a 12 inch  high mattress for the sheet to fit just right. Because mattresses range from 6 inches to over 20 inches, it is not really possible to have a one size fits all mitered corner, therefore, we do not miter our corners. Each of our fitted sheets has pointy dog ears that you can easily push the pointed corner into itself just as you would to tuck a pocket back into a pair of jeans. Once you push the corner into itself, the sheet forms the perfect height, vertical line at each corner.
